Key Responsibilities

  • 🏢 Office & Front Desk Operations
  • Manage front office and maintain stock of office consumables
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises and common areas
  • Coordinate with vendors (AC, pest control, plumbing, etc.) for maintenance

📞 Communication & Coordination

  • Handle calls and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Distribute couriers and maintain logs
  • Print and maintain records for I-cards, visiting cards, RFID cards

🧾 Administrative Support

  • Assist teams with data entry, documentation, and admin tasks
  • Handle petty cash and maintain related records
  • Manage AMCs for office equipment (AC, CCTV, Coffee Machines, etc.)
  • Monitor housekeeping/security attendance for accurate billing

🎉 Employee Support & Logistics

  • Arrange cakes/snacks/lunch for staff events
  • Organize onboarding/offboarding kits
  • Coordinate transport, monitor travel expenses, and manage hotel bookings
  • 💡 Facility Management
  • Oversee utilities (telephone, electricity, rent, property tax, etc.)
  • Track and manage repair & maintenance tasks (telephone, UPS, computers, carpentry, etc.)
  • Monitor CCTV camera systems

Skills Required

  • 3-5 Years of Experience
  • Graduation or MBA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows OS
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
