Key Responsibilities

đ˘ Office & Front Desk Operations

Manage front office and maintain stock of office consumables

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises and common areas

Coordinate with vendors (AC, pest control, plumbing, etc.) for maintenance
đ Communication & Coordination
-
Handle calls and direct them to appropriate departments
-
Distribute couriers and maintain logs
-
Print and maintain records for I-cards, visiting cards, RFID cards
đ§ž Administrative Support

Assist teams with data entry, documentation, and admin tasks
-
Handle petty cash and maintain related records
-
Manage AMCs for office equipment (AC, CCTV, Coffee Machines, etc.)
-
Monitor housekeeping/security attendance for accurate billing
đ Employee Support & Logistics
-
Arrange cakes/snacks/lunch for staff events
-
Organize onboarding/offboarding kits
-
Coordinate transport, monitor travel expenses, and manage hotel bookings
-
đĄ Facility Management
-
Oversee utilities (telephone, electricity, rent, property tax, etc.)
-
Track and manage repair & maintenance tasks (telephone, UPS, computers, carpentry, etc.)
-
Monitor CCTV camera systems
Skills Required

3-5 Years of Experience
-
Graduation or MBA
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Windows OS

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
