Job Description:

Financial Management

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including cash books and ledgers.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure spending is aligned with donor requirements.
  • Process payments, advances, and reimbursements in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Support monthly budget forecasts and financial reporting for the emergency project.
  • Ensure compliance with BRave’s financial policies and donor regulations.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized project files (digital and physical), including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
  • Manage procurement processes in line with BRave’s policies (quotations, purchase orders, vendor files).
  • Support asset and inventory management for project materials and equipment.

HR and Staff Support

  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and contracts.
  • Support onboarding of new staff and ensure personnel files are complete.
  • Assist with coordination of trainings, travel, and accommodation for staff during emergency deployments.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Assist with preparing internal and donor financial reports as required.
  • Support audits by ensuring all supporting documentation is available and well-organized.
  • Help ensure administrative and financial procedures meet local law and donor requirements.

Field and Operational Support

  • Assist the project team with cash distributions or in-kind support logistics (if applicable)
  • Ensure safe recordkeeping and handling of sensitive beneficiary or financial data.

Act as a link between field staff and main office for admin and finance matters
