Job Summary
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.

Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and office locations.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, fully stocked with necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and communicating with security personnel as needed.

Arrange for couriers as required.

Assist with various administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, note-taking, and making travel arrangements.

Support colleagues with administrative duties.

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and related issues.

Offer data and guidance to aid the sales team.

Perform data entry tasks related to sales and report findings to the line manager.
Qualifications

A university degree is required, demonstrating substantial knowledge in the field.
