Position Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating with departments, and supporting management in administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases (employee records, attendance, documents, etc.).
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
  • Support accounts-related tasks: basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with coordination across departments.
  • May require interaction with parents, clients, vendors, or external agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
