Admin & HR Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admin & HR Officer to handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions within a construction company environment. The role supports employee lifecycle management, site administration, compliance, and coordination between head office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
  • Manage employee records, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including visa cancellation and clearances
  • Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and timesheets
  • Support compensation & benefits (C&B) administration
  • Handle employee relations matters and HR queries
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

Administration Responsibilities

  • Manage office and site administration activities
  • Coordinate visas, labor cards, medicals, and government-related documentation
  • Handle company accommodation, transportation, and site facilities coordination
  • Maintain records for assets, vehicles, insurance, and licenses
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Admin & HR roles within a construction company
  • GCC experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR operations, and site administration
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Candidate is willing to travel outside UAE.
