Admin & HR Assistant

About Us: East Fish Processing LLC, a key entity of the Thomsun Group is based in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and employee passports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR activities.
• Support employee relations, internal communication, and basic conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, manage visa-related documentation, monitor monthly visa expiries, and process the required documents to the Head Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven UAE work experience with good exposure to HR practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is must.
