Job Title: Administrative & HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources / Administration
Reports To: HR Manager / Administration Manager

Job Purpose

Provide administrative and HR support to ensure efficient operation of the office and smooth execution of HR processes, including recruitment, employee documentation, and day-to-day office coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties

  • Manage front desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update company records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support event planning and company activities.

HR Support

  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, and onboarding files.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
  • Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and timesheet collection.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Assist in performance management documentation and HR correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support training and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or HR support role (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Work Conditions

  • Full-time position, office-based.
  • May require occasional overtime for events or urgent HR activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
