Scope of Work:

The Admin & HR Assistant supports the Admin & HR Officer in day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the School Meal Project, ensuring accurate record-keeping, staff coordination, and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including interview coordination and documentation.
  • Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and Timesheets.
  • Support preparation of contracts, HR letters, and staff Employee personal files.
  • Assist with onboarding and exit processes.
  • Compile payroll supporting documents and submit to the Head office-ISB.
  • Maintain employee databases and HR Trackers.
  • Support management of staff benefits and advances documentation.
  • Manage office correspondence, filing, and document control.
  • Support procurement and logistics documentation.
  • Assist in office supply management and inventory tracking.
  • Support travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Support field staff coordination and documentation.
  • Assist during distributions, trainings, and monitoring visits as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration or HR support.
  • Basic knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
