Job Summary

Global Homes Infra is seeking an experienced and highly capable Admin & HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end HR operations, legal compliance coordination, payroll, and administrative functions.
This role requires strong leadership, sound knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to manage teams and processes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Handle complete recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding lifecycle
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, HR policies, SOPs
  • Manage employee relations, performance monitoring, disciplinary actions
  • Handle resignations, terminations, exit interviews, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and HR MIS

Payroll & Compensation

  • Manage attendance, payroll processing, incentives, and deductions
  • Coordinate salary disbursement and commission payouts
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution

Legal & Compliance Coordination

  • Strong working knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, contracts
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, and auditors
  • Ensure HR policies comply with statutory and regulatory requirements

Administration & Team Coordination

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, management, and external partners
  • Maintain internal discipline, reporting structures, and communication
  • Support management with process improvement and team efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Admin & HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, payroll, compliance
  • Excellent communication and team-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR tools / HR documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with multi-location teams (India & UAE)
  • Background in real estate, services, or corporate environments
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
