Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge on Tally
  • Knowledge on GST and GST returns
  • Knowledge on EPF and ESIC returns
  • Ensure timely bank payments & Receipts
  • Manage all accounting transactions for multiple organizations.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with excellent administrative and management skills. The role involves drafting correspondence such as emails and letters, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, and attending events including meetings, exhibitions, and conferences. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, handling phone calls and emails, and taking messages.

In addition, responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, overseeing banking transactions, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. The position also requires reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines, as well as liaising with executives, suppliers, and clients on their behalf.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to efficiency and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
