Job Title: Admin & HR Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin & HR Executive to oversee daily office operations and manage HR functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, support recruitment and employee engagement activities, and maintain an efficient work environment across all teams and project sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • He/She must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • He/She must have 2–5 years of experience in Admin and HR roles, preferably in the real estate, construction, hospitality or property management sector.
  • He/She must have a strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • He/She must have excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • He/She must have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software tools.
  • He/She must be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Handle payroll coordination and assist in preparing monthly salary statements.
  • Draft and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit letters.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain the confidentiality of employee data.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure HR policies are followed and updated as per compliance requirements.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration, facility management, and day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Manage vendor coordination for office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative needs.
  • Maintain asset records, AMC renewals, and general upkeep of office premises.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event logistics, and meeting scheduling for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits or documentation on needs.
  • Assist in coordination between the head office and project sites for admin and HR requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
