Job Description (JD):

The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in attendance, payroll, PF and leave management
  • Support in training, employee engagement, and performance evaluation activities
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Coordinate with departments for day-to-day HR operations

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HR software and MS Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
