Admin & HR Officer

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to contract management and offboarding.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee files and HR databases.
  • Draft contracts and official letters such as salary certificates and NOC letters.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime, and prepare payroll reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily office and branch operations, including supplies and facilities management.
  • Manage official correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities.
  • Prepare memos, reports, and official letters for management.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in retail, hospitality, or events.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP software (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all staff levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
