Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to contract management and offboarding.
- Maintain and regularly update employee files and HR databases.
- Draft contracts and official letters such as salary certificates and NOC letters.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime, and prepare payroll reports.
- Support annual performance appraisals and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Administration:
- Oversee daily office and branch operations, including supplies and facilities management.
- Manage official correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities.
- Prepare memos, reports, and official letters for management.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in retail, hospitality, or events.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all staff levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
