Job Opportunity – Admin & HR Officer

Location: Kot Lakhpat, Lahore

SALARY :40-50K

We are seeking a responsible and energetic Admin & HR Officer to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The role requires someone who can ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, handle staff support activities, and assist with basic HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Manage office supplies, housekeeping, kitchen, and overall workplace upkeep.
  • Handle guest reception and hospitality arrangements.
  • Oversee security arrangements, office assets, and facilities management.
  • Coordinate transport, travel, and accommodation when required.
  • Maintain administrative records and assist in payroll/attendance support.
  • Support HR in maintaining employee files and basic documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate (BA/ BBA or equivalent).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Administration (industry experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
