Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management: Develops HR policies, manages recruitment/onboarding, handles performance appraisals, compensation, benefits administration, and addresses employee relations.
- Administrative Management: Supervises office operations, including facilities management, supplies, travel coordination, front desk, and logistical support.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensures compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and maintains accurate employee records (often using HRIS).
- Budgeting: Manages administrative budgets and liaises with finance for payroll processing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Usually 3–7+ years of combined experience in HR and office administration.
- Key Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, familiarity with labor law, and proficiency in MS Office/HRIS systems. [1, 2, 3]
