Admin & HR Officer

Job description:

We are looking for an Admin & HR Officer who has prior experience working in the lifestyle, retail, or fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both office staff and retail floor teams, from posting job ads to conducting initial screenings.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they understand the brand values, store protocols, and internal policies.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and workplace policies.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in periodic performance reviews and maintain digital employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Culture Building: Organize internal team-building events and initiatives to maintain high morale across all locations.

Administrative Operations

  • Office Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Policy Implementation: Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative tasks to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Resource Coordination: Assist in managing logistics for retail supplies, marketing materials, and equipment maintenance.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on HR metrics (turnover, attendance) and administrative expenses.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an Admin or HR role, ideally within the retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or payroll software.
  • Strong understanding of social media for recruitment (LinkedIn, Instagram).

Experience: 2-4 years

Work Timings: 10 am - 7 pm

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Karachi
