Admin & IT Support Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:Administrative & Office Support

  • Maintain and update daily office operation sheets.
  • Handle stock management and record-keeping of office supplies.
  • Manage monthly bills, envelopes, and office documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warranty cards.
  • Maintain medicine box and basic office utilities.
  • Take care of daily data entry tasks and resolve spreadsheet issues.
  • Prepare monthly sheets and reports as required.

Human Resources (HR) Support

  • Maintain employee records including email/phone recovery information.
  • Assist in attendance and operational tracking through sheets.
  • Support daily work operations and reporting.

Information Technology (IT) Support

  • Setup and manage PCs, laptops, and other office IT equipment.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
  • Manage codes, login credentials, and office email accounts.
  • Track coupon expiry dates and update codes/email records.
  • Support Google AdWords connection and website-related IT details.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (including formula creation).
  • Basic IT troubleshooting and system management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry & record-keeping.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
