Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Administration

● Supervise day-to-day administrative operations within the plant.

● Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, housekeeping, and security services.

● Maintain administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Team Management

● Lead and manage the admin team, including housekeeping, security, and support staff.

● Allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company standards.

● Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for the admin team to enhance productivity and discipline.

3. Facility & Infrastructure Management

● Oversee maintenance of office buildings, utilities, and factory premises.

● Coordinate with vendors for repairs, electricals, pest control, and facility upgrades.

● Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to avoid disruptions.

4. Vendor & Purchase Coordination

● Handle vendor management – sourcing, negotiation, and service agreements for admin-related purchases.

● Verify bills, manage quotations, and ensure cost control for admin expenditures.

● Maintain records of vendor contracts, renewals, and performance reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
