We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Admin Manager, you will oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the strategic growth of our parking management services. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve workflow.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support operational and organizational goals.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation related to company operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for administrative services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, preferably within the parking management or related industry.
