Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and supervise office staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, policy implementation, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily administrative and office operations
  • Lead and oversee administrative staff and support teams
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management
  • Monitor office supplies, assets, and administrative budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to senior management

Job Requirements

  • MBA or relevant bachelor’s/master’s degree
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
