WE ARE HIRING – ADMIN MANAGER (MANUFACTURING FACILITY)

ISLAM ENGINEERING PVT LTD is well-established Auto Parts Manufacturing Company based in Lahore is looking for a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations, facility management, and plant support services.

Position: Admin Manager / Admin Incharge

Location: Islam Engineering Pvt Ltd Factory (Nazam Pura Dhaka) 9km Shekhupura Road, Lahore. Near Millat tractors Factory

Industry: Auto Parts Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall administrative operations of factory & office
• Oversee facility management (building maintenance, utilities, housekeeping)
• Handle vendor management & service contracts (maintenance, supplies, civil works)
• Monitor and control utility consumption and admin expenses
• Manage company vehicles, fuel records, and driver coordination
• Ensure proper handling of dispatch documentation (gate passes, delivery notes, etc.)
• Maintain records of assets, contracts, and administrative expenses
• Coordinate with HR and Security departments for administrative support (without overlapping responsibilities)
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BA) – MBA preferred
• 3–6 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing / industrial setup
• Strong experience in:
• Facility management
• Vendor handling
• Cost control
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a factory environment
