Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Female Admin Manager with a background in the Real Estate Industry to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, office management, and support services. The role involves coordinating with sales, legal, finance, and site teams to ensure smooth back-office operations, regulatory compliance, document control, and client service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily functioning of the office and administrative staff.
  • Oversee documentation processes for property transactions (sale agreements, registration papers, allotment letters, etc.).
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and filing of customer, vendor, and legal documents.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for compliance with RERA, local municipal regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure, supplies, and systems.
  • Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate between departments – Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, and CRM.
  • Support HR with staff attendance, leave records, and employee onboarding processes.
  • Manage budgets for admin and office expenses.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
  • Ensure timely documentation, verification, and communication with clients.
  • Coordinate handover processes, possession letters, and NOCs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin Manager in Real Estate.
  • Knowledge of real estate employment practices, including commission-based compensation, licensing, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
