We’re Hiring: Admin Manager-French Club Islamabad

Location: Islamabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Grand City is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly organized Admin Manager to join the team at a prestigious French Club in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and administrative management skills with the ability to maintain smooth day-to-day office and operational activities.

Role Overview

As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, supervising office staff, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors and departments, and ensuring efficient workplace management and organizational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently
  • Supervise administrative staff and support teams
  • Maintain office records, files, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Monitor office inventory, supplies, and procurement needs
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Support HR and recruitment-related administrative tasks
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and office procedures
  • Handle operational coordination and management support tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration or office management
  • Experience in hospitality, club management, or corporate administration will be an advantage
