IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of managed security services and network security operations across enterprise and client environments. The role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant network infrastructures by overseeing security architecture, incident response, SOC integration, and service delivery excellence.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Lead end-to-end managed security services, ensure SLA adherence, oversee SOC coordination, and maintain high service quality across clients.
• Design and review secure network architectures, including firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, and cloud (VMware) environments.
• Oversee incident response, escalation handling, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of SOC playbooks and detection use cases.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, PCI DSS, CSA standards; manage audits, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client relationships, conduct service reviews, provide reporting, and act as an escalation point for major issues.
• Drive process improvements, mentor teams, optimize tools (SIEM, monitoring), and enhance overall MSSP and network security capabilities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field. (Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology is preferred).

Technical Competency:

• Relevant vendor-specific certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly within the MSP/MSSP partner ecosystems.
