Job Title: Admin Manager – Oil & Gas

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and lead all administrative operations within our Oil & Gas business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration management, preferably within the oil and gas, industrial, engineering, or heavy industry sectors. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage facilities, office operations, support services, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations across the business
- Manage office administration, facilities, transport, accommodation, and support services as required
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and controls
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance across the function
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and business needs
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement of admin-related supplies and services
- Monitor administrative budgets and control costs effectively
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and general workplace standards
- Handle lease agreements, utility services, office assets, and facility-related matters
- Ensure administrative documentation, records, and reporting are accurate and up to date
- Support senior management with administrative planning and operational coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and relevant regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Admin Manager, Administration Manager, or similar leadership role
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is strongly preferred
- Strong background in office administration, facility management, and support operations
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and administrative teams
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and operationally demanding environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative reporting systems
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in industrial, engineering, construction, or energy environments
- Familiarity with compliance, health and safety, and site-based administrative support
- Experience supporting regional offices, field locations, or multi-site operations
