Location: Qatar

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and lead all administrative operations within our Oil & Gas business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration management, preferably within the oil and gas, industrial, engineering, or heavy industry sectors. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage facilities, office operations, support services, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across the business
  • Manage office administration, facilities, transport, accommodation, and support services as required
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and controls
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance across the function
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and business needs
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement of admin-related supplies and services
  • Monitor administrative budgets and control costs effectively
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and general workplace standards
  • Handle lease agreements, utility services, office assets, and facility-related matters
  • Ensure administrative documentation, records, and reporting are accurate and up to date
  • Support senior management with administrative planning and operational coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and relevant regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager, Administration Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong background in office administration, facility management, and support operations
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and administrative teams
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and operationally demanding environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative reporting systems
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, construction, or energy environments
  • Familiarity with compliance, health and safety, and site-based administrative support
  • Experience supporting regional offices, field locations, or multi-site operations
