Admin Officer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Admin Officer with strong experience in IT Administration and a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, IT infrastructure support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office administration.
  • Handle IT-related administrative tasks, including system updates, hardware/software coordination, and network monitoring.
  • Maintain office equipment, IT assets, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, and maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, and Operations when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in IT documentation, user accounts, and system access management.
  • Supervise office facilities, security, and support staff.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to support a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in IT administration and office management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
