Job Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair. Ensures that records of system downtime and IT equipment inventory are properly maintained.
• Manage SharePoint, DevOps Servers, Web Servers, Database Servers, and FTP Servers & Services by ensuring the operational health of Production and Non-Production environments including security, availability, and capacity planning of hardware and hosted solutions.
• Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
• Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads to problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
• Maintains, and manages users' accounts. Installs modifies and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems. Provides server support related to other software.
• Establishes guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the host computer operating systems, disk arrays, and other components.
• Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical IT infrastructure.
• Adopts procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature, and user abuse.
• Manages the IT communication room, Azure cloud infrastructure, and computer host systems including hardware and software, and escalate to the vendor for schedule maintenance.
• Implement an information security management system in IT infrastructure.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in security engineering, network security devices, security practices, or infrastructure security and system engineering in a regulated environment.
• Graduate in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
• CCNA, MCSE, Microsoft 365, and Azure Administration certifications are preferred. ITIL v4 is a plus.
• Understanding of the IT infrastructure, MS-System, Networks, Security, and ISMS.
• Expertise in Microsoft servers, Domain controller, DNS, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft-365, storage, backups, centralized Wireless solutions, ESXi, VMware, Antivirus solutions, and Hardware (Installation / Troubleshooting).
• Expertise in Routing, Switching, Security, Firewall, and IT infrastructure design.
• Ability to understand complex technical designs.
