DevOps Engineer - Hybrid Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team as a Hybrid Role. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations teams, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and Data Migration, to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
• Deploy, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in data migration, including physical-to-local server transitions with minimal downtime.
• Proven expertise in disaster recovery planning, including backup strategies and implementing failover systems.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure provisioning and scaling.
• Proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Practical knowledge of containerization and orchestration, particularly with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
