Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR & Admin Officer with 4–5 years of proven experience in the UAE contracting/construction industry. The role involves managing HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and providing support to both office and site-based staff. A valid UAE driving license is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and process visa applications, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, and other documentation in coordination with PRO.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and probation evaluations.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with discretion.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.

Administrative Functions:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurances, tenancy contracts, and other company documents.
  • Manage company assets, vehicle registrations/renewals, and service schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of UAE experience in HR and administration within a contracting or construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
