Admin Officer

We are looking for an Admin Officer to support our operations with day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks. The role will primarily involve handling official paperwork and requires excellent typing skills in both Arabic and English. The Admin Officer will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing and managing documents , performing data entry, and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records in both hard and soft copies.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage official documents and paperwork.
  • Ensure proper filing, scanning, and archiving of documents.
  • Accurately type letters and documents in both Arabic and English.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) on a daily basis.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Typing skills in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in administration or office support is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
