Admin Officer

\We are looking for an experienced Admin officer for our organization.

Key Responsisbilities:

. Provide administrative support to staff and clients.

. Manage office supplies, vendors, and equipment.

. Assist in organizing events and meetings.

. Prepare expense reports and office budgets.

. Coordinate with accounts for payments, invoices, and receipts.

Requirements:

. BS/MS from a recognized university.

. 2 years of relevant experience.

. Proficiency in MS Office.

. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

.Customer service oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
Salary: Market Competative

Location: Islamabad

Days: Mon to Sat

Timing: 9 to 5
