Job description:

I&K Enterprises, operating under the brands Nexton and De’LESH, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in Head Office-Lahore.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting management, and maintaining efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage stationery and supplies.
  • Coordinate minor repairs, maintenance, and facility support.
  • Handle petty cash, logistics, and supervise support staff.
  • Maintain records, attendance, and organize administrative documents.
  • Assist in visitor handling and ensure meeting rooms/guest areas are prepared.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. / B.Com / BBA preferred)
  • Experience: Overall, 1 to 2 Years Relevant Experience preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing companies.
  • Location: Lahore
  • Gender: Male

Required Skills:

  • Organizational and Planning Skills
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking and prioritize workload.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office
