We are seeking an Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our construction site/office and support project and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle site/office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage attendance, staff coordination, and basic HR support.
  • Oversee procurement of office/site supplies and maintain inventories.
  • Assist with project correspondence, reports, and filing.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office activities and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of admin experience (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage site-related administrative tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
