Admin Officer

We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Admin Officer to join our gloves manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing all administrative and office-related operations efficiently while maintaining strong coordination with staff and labor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Manage staff, labor, and attendance-related matters
  • Maintain office discipline, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate between management, departments, and workforce
  • Ensure smooth administrative support for production and operations

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of proven experience in a relevant administrative role
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal professionally with staff and labor
  • Preference will be given to candidates with excellent administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
