Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate will support multiple departments and contribute to maintaining an efficient and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Store, etc.)
  • Supervise support staff, including office boy, rider, and driver.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
