Job Description: Admin Officer

Position Title: Admin Officer
Location: Turn Up Technologies
Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Position Summary:

The Admin Officer will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role will require a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ensure necessary items are stocked.
  • Coordinate and maintain office schedules, including meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, and other correspondence as required.
  • Assist with preparing documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and staff members.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment logistics.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance
  • Manage vendor follow-ups and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle outdoor tasks including bank visits, courier, and office errands
  • Assist in ensuring that the office complies with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Compile data for reports and assist in creating documents for management review.
  • Assist in organizing company events or activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in any field
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
