Position Title: Admin Officer
Location: Turn Up Technologies
Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Position Summary:
The Admin Officer will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role will require a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure necessary items are stocked.
- Coordinate and maintain office schedules, including meetings and appointments.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and documents.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, and other correspondence as required.
- Assist with preparing documents for meetings and presentations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and staff members.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment logistics.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance
- Manage vendor follow-ups and ensure timely delivery
- Handle outdoor tasks including bank visits, courier, and office errands
- Assist in ensuring that the office complies with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Compile data for reports and assist in creating documents for management review.
- Assist in organizing company events or activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in any field
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
