Admin Officer

Paklogics is seeking a reliable, proactive Admin Officer to join our Faisalabad office. We are seeking someone who can efficiently manage office operations, support daily administrative activities, and help maintain a productive work environment for our growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates who are organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Faisalabad (Onsite)

Timings: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Handle office coordination, supplies, and vendor management
  • Maintain attendance records and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with HR, management, and different departments for operational support
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and office-related arrangements
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the office
  • Maintain office discipline and professional environment
  • Assist management with reports, follow-ups, and task coordination
  • Handle basic bookkeeping, invoices, and operational records when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Previous administrative or office management experience is preferred
  • Must be comfortable working on-site during evening/night shift timings
