Finance & Admin Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Admin Officer to manage the organization’s financial processes and administrative operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, efficient office management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
  • Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor management
  • Support HR functions such as employee records, onboarding, and documentation
  • Implement and improve administrative and financial systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office applications
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR23,000.00 per month
