Arabic Administration Officer (Male / Female)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Arabic Administration Officer to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office coordination, documentation, and communication in both Arabic and English, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration / Mass Communication or any related courses.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Administration/ HR/ Secretary or in relevant field.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Candidate should be fluent in English & Arabic both.
  • Candidates with Freelance Visa can apply only.

CONTRACT: (3 months extendable)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR4,400.00 - QAR4,800.00 per month
