Key Responsibilities
- Admissions Funnel Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for admission inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms.
- Conduct professional campus tours for prospective parents, highlighting the school’s curriculum (Montessori/Cambridge) and facilities.
- Follow up diligently with "warm leads" to convert inquiries into registrations.
- Parent Relationship Management:
- Explain the fee structure, admission requirements, and school policies clearly and confidently.
- Guide parents through the documentation process and entrance assessment schedules.
- Address parent concerns with empathy and professional tact.
- Administrative Enrollment Tasks:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all inquiries and new admissions in the school ERP.
- Manage the filing and verification of student personal files and NADRA documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding registration fees and security deposits.
- Campus Representation:
- Maintain a highly presentable and professional appearance at all times.
- Ensure the reception and admission area is organized, aesthetic, and stocked with updated brochures/prospectuses.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English and Urdu skills are mandatory for effective parent counseling.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must be persuasive, patient, and able to build immediate rapport with diverse visitors.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front-office or admissions role within a reputable educational institution is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for maintaining tracking sheets and generating reports.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, well-spoken, and able to work under the pressure of admission deadlines.
Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
