Admin Officer (Female)

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

· Ensure office equipment, supplies, and facilities are maintained and in working order.

· Manage filing systems (both digital & physical) for easy record keeping.

· Provide administrative support to management and staff.

· Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and communication.

· Keep track of office assets, inventory, and stationery requirements.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Assist in preparing administrative budgets and expense reports.

· Handle petty cash and reimbursements as per company policy.

· Oversee travel arrangements for staff.

· Facilitate smooth communication between management and employees.
