We are looking for a proactive Admin Officer to join our Mart "Markitt". The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and maintaining administrative efficiency across our retail outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations for retail outlet.
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support HR and Finance teams in routine tasks (attendance, petty cash, payroll inputs, etc.).
- Monitor office/retail supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in administration (Retail sector experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
