Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facility, management, supplies, and logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and maintenance of administrative records.
  • Monitor office equipment, utilities, and ensure timely repairs/maintenance.
  • Assist in vendor management including procurement, quotations, and contract follow-ups.
  • Organize office events, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Support management in cost control and efficient resource utilization.
  • Prepare administrative reports as required.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain daily fuel consumption sheets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email Drafting).
