Admin Officer - UAE National

Position: Admin Officer (UAE National)
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer (UAE National) to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining records, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations while delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office support activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
  • Support HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative requirements.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Handle customer and employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time-management and record-keeping skills.
