Budget: BHD 500 per month


Role Summary

The Admin & Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day administrative, government, and finance coordination activities to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks across teams.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and personal support to the team, including coordination, documentation, and follow-ups, including Tamkeen-related activities.
  • Coordinate with government authorities such as LMRA and Commerce for CR-related tasks, visas, and required submissions.
  • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable coordination, including collection follow-ups, vendor payments, and related documentation.
  • Handle Intercol JV exit-related formalities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely completion and compliance.
  • Maintain organized records for government, finance, and administrative documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational and coordination issues promptly.


Business Impact

This role will improve operational responsiveness, reduce delays in government and finance coordination, and free up leadership bandwidth to focus on revenue growth and strategic initiatives.
