We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Admin to manage daily bookings, coordinate staff schedules, handle customer inquiries, and support smooth operations of our home service salon. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Bookings
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Schedule and confirm home service appointments.
- Provide service information, prices, and promotions to clients.
- Manage client complaints and requests professionally.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to service completion.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain daily appointment calendars and technician schedules.
- Coordinate with beauticians/technicians for availability and service assignments.
- Record and update client information in the system.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports (bookings, revenue, feedback).
- Maintain inventory records and notify the manager of low stock.
- Organize digital files, invoices, and receipts.
Operations Support
- Track staff attendance and work hours.
- Follow up on payments, deposits, and outstanding balances.
- Ensure all service locations and bookings are correctly assigned.
- Assist in coordinating transportation logistics for technicians.

Qualifications
- Experience in salon, spa, or beauty industry preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a pus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, POS systems, or CRM is an advantage.
- Good customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
