Admin Receptionist -Temprory

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation)
  • Support HR/admin team with coordination tasks
  • Ensure reception area is clean and presentable at all times
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and employees
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and professional appearance

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
