Admin Secretary

Atom Alloys is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Secretary to join our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Location: Sharjah Hamriyah Free Zone (Factory Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist management with reports, data entry, and basic accounting tasks
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and support overall business functions

Requirements

  • Currently residing in Sharjah or Ajman
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
