Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide clients with standardized and customized administrative services, continuously improving service satisfaction.
2.Be responsible for office space planning, site selection and inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover and takeover, as well as restoration and lease termination processes. 3.Manage office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and oversee the daily management and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.
4.Manage office-related expenses, procurement of fixed assets and office supplies, control costs effectively, and improve efficiency.
5.Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and foster a positive office atmosphere.
6.Coordinate and support communications and reception for visits from local government agencies and external organizations in cooperation with relevant departments. 7.Collaborate with functional departments to support the implementation of various company initiatives.
Major Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.At least 3 years of experience in office leasing and site selection, with extensive negotiation experience and skills.
3.Familiar with leasing processes, relevant regulations, and key contract terms.
4.Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to think proactively and be self-driven. 5.Good service awareness and team spirit, able to respond quickly to internal client needs. 6.Good data sensitivity and cost control awareness, with strong data analysis and cost analysis skills.
7.Proficient in English and Arabic; Chinese language skills are preferred.
Inclination:
1.Previously worked in an Internet company , or provided services for Internet company projects;
2.Has experience in space planning or building IFM (Integrated Facility Management) ; 3.Has study or work experience in China .
