Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointment bookings and walk-in inquiries.
  • Support administrative tasks wherever necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Handle sales inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on leads.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by providing excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales logs.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • English communication skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and well-spoken with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
